This is a long one, but worth it I hope as it tackles and answers several of the biggest 'Why?!" and "HOW?!" challenges facing the LDS Church today.  Join me as as we explore how the amazing and prophetic Hugh Nibley precisely predicted in his 1983 'Leaders and Managers' talk EVERYTHING threatening the survival of the Church today and why its leadership of mostly lawyers and business managers have inevitably too often left the Christian end of the spectrum to embrace the Pharisee one.  My awesome listener-researchers and I have solved the President Nelson conundrum and cracked the perplexing code of precisely how he thinks from his own words, which explains the bizarre idea he just taught yet again in General Conference, throwing ALL of us under the bus again, that if your miracles have not happened yet it can only be because it is your fault and the answer to all your problems is more exact obedience because you obviously haven't studied much and don't have even a particle of faith yet, inadequate slackers!  We explore how his ideas about how to tell and teach history mean that, like Dallin Oaks, he will never support the Church being open and honest about its history.  And I will show you haw it is we can be totally honest about ALL of Joseph Smith's many sins and 'human weaknesses' and still have him be an inspiring hero instead of hiding and lying about the truth of his fascinating and troubling life, which would go a long way to preventing the betrayal that causes a LOT of once devoted Latter-day Saints to leave.
